30-Day Return Window
We provide a 30-day return period starting from the day you receive your order. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- In their original condition (unused and unworn)
- With all tags and labels attached
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Returns sent back without an approved request will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at help@trendytoppers.shop with your order number and details. Our team will provide you with the return instructions.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
- If you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Please ensure the item is securely packaged and use a reliable courier service for safe delivery back to us.
Return Method
All returns must be sent back by mail. We currently do not offer in-store or drop-off returns.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
- Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time (up to 15 business days) to reflect the refund in your account.

Exchanges
We do allow product exchanges. The fastest way is to:
- Return the original item for a refund.
- Place a new order for the item you prefer.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please notify us immediately. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
Certain items cannot be returned for health, safety, or personalization reasons, including:

Restocking Fees
