Shipping Rates

We charge a flat shipping fee of £15 on all orders. This ensures secure and reliable delivery across all regions we serve.

Processing & Delivery Times
  • Order Cut-Off Time: 4:00 PM (GMT) – Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Shipping Duration: 6–8 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Shipping Duration: 7–10 business days (Monday to Friday)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as courier delays, weather disruptions, or customs clearance for international orders.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can monitor the progress of your delivery in real time. Tracking details can also be accessed through the Order Tracking page on our website.

Shipping Methods

We work with trusted courier partners like dhl, fedex, usps and ups to provide secure and timely delivery. The carrier assigned to your order will be indicated in your confirmation email. Expedited shipping options may be available upon request at an additional charge.

Address Changes

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot modify the address.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please notify our support team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. In the rare event that a package is lost during transit, we will investigate with the courier and assist in providing a solution.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped. Once dispatched, please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for further guidance.

Incorrect Address or Contact Details

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the courier cannot reach the customer with the provided contact details, the reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility. Please double-check your details at checkout to avoid delays.
